I had the pleasure of getting my Brazilian and underarm laser today by the lovely Isabelle! Isabelle was confident in her skills and I was quite nervous but her confidence got rid of my nerves! Probably the best laser I have ever had! 10/10! Would recommend to everyone

Very unprofessional! Especially "Ali". After taking your money they don't care about the quality of the service. They did a very messy laser hair removal treatment that needed a touch up. I went back to book one and they did! The day I went for the touch up they took me to the room to tell me that they cannot do it! Didn't say sorry and didn't listen to me! Then Ali started to be very disrespectful! They need to train their team to do their job professionally. Asking a client to leave without saying sorry was very disappointing. I've trained staff for customer service/Health care for 15 years and the bare minimum is to listen to the customers, acknowledge their point of view and concerns and say sorry when you have to! Not saying it is what it is and ask them to leave!

Usually have a great experience at this Laser Clinics Australia but frustrated to find my appointment had been double booked without them realising until I turned up, with the next appointment time for my 5 min treatment half an hour away. Although they were kind and rescheduled the appointment, please be aware of these scheduling issues.

Had the best laser treatment and experience at this clinic. Mona was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience very smooth. I was a bit nervous as it had been a little while between my sessions but Mona was fantastic! I can honestly say she was the best therapist I have had since starting laser hair removal. Have booked to go back and have more sessions with Mona.

I have been a regular customer from laser clinics in zetland for years , I am very disappointed with customer service lately . I have walked into the clinic twice in a week and no one was in the counter to serve , waited for 20 mins and no one came out , other days I called twice again and no one answer the phone .. it’s really hard to get service lately ..

My partner Had an appointment scheduled which was already pre paid for him to turn up and then to say they didn't have him in their booking system when he had the appointment booking confirmation. He has also had other times where they have called up to reschedule appointments on the day because low on staff. My advice don't pre pay for you treatments here because the service you get after they receive your money is very low.

I’ve been 3 seperate times for 1 standard botox treatment but even now, still have lots of movement. To re-cap, I initially paid $540 for 3 areas. After 2 weeks and a poor result, I paid $60 for a top-up. Was still lots of movement so I went back for a third time. Paid again. This time $70. It’s been 2 weeks and still lots of movement. Clearly there’s no point going back for a 4th attempt and paying more money for a treatment that hasn’t yet worked as it should. So again, unfortunately I can’t recommend.

Disappointing. Avoid if you can. I had Botox here recently. Paid $540 for 3 areas. Did not work and still had movement. Went back and had to pay $47 extra for top up and 2 weeks later still have movement. Manager called me, but suggested I would have to pay extra again. I just gave up. Shame as I really wanted to help local business.
